| Returns Policy Faulty goods may be returned for a full refund including postage and packaging. Jewellery & Unwanted Gift returns are accepted within a 'cooling off' period of 14 working days after reciept, as long as the consumer takes 'reasonable care' of the goods and packaging prior to any return. Posting and packaging for unwanted items is at the consumers expense. Within 24hours of return (to our addresss) of unwanted goods we will refund your payment, less postage and packaging. Alternatively if asked we will arrange the collection, all documents and a convenient time for collection. There is a cost for this, its £18 per parcel. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way. |
